Detecting kinetic transition

Cluster Analysis helps identify where to look for transitions and Cluster Compare makes it easy to inspect RHEED patterns to pinpoint changes indicative of kinetic transitions

Complex patterns and low-contrast RHEED data (43 minute cool-down, data collection @ 10 fps -> 17 GB of video)
Transitions are subtle. Changes are difficult to process by eye.
